For four Fridays this spring, I’ll harvest a fresh bunch of 15 tulips for you from our flower farm here in Paerata. As new varieties come into flower, each week’s bunch will bring a different mix of colours and shapes. Tulips are only here for a few weeks each spring, and this is a beautiful way to enjoy them while they last, with something new to look forward to every Friday.

  • Your subscription will likely begin Friday 5th September. I’ll confirm your start date by email as soon as the tulips are ready.

    • 4 freshly harvested bunches, one each Friday

    • 15 tulips in every bunch

    • Farm Pickup: Collect each Friday from our flower farm in Paerata

    • Local Delivery: Friday delivery to Paerata, Karaka or Pukekohe

  • How do pickup and local delivery work?

    Choose either free farm pickup in Paerata or local Friday delivery when you order.

    Farm pickup
    Your tulips will be ready to collect from the farm each Friday for four Fridays. Pickup details will be sent before your first collection.

    Local delivery
    Delivery is available to Paerata, Karaka and Pukekohe for all four Fridays.

    You don't need to be home. If you're out, please leave a clean bucket or sturdy container with a little cool water in a safe, shaded spot and I'll pop your tulips straight into it.

    If no container is left out, I'll leave your wrapped flowers in the safest shaded spot available, ready for you to place into water when you get home.

    Delivery times will vary along my Friday route, so I'm unable to guarantee a specific delivery time or offer alternative delivery days.

    Please double-check your delivery address and include any gate or access instructions when placing your order.

  • Will my tulips look the same each week?
    No, and that's part of the fun. Your bunch will be made from the best tulips flowering on the farm that week, so colours and varieties will change as the season unfolds. Every bunch will include 15 fresh, premium tulips, beautifully wrapped and ready to enjoy.

    Can I choose my colours or varieties?
    To keep the subscription simple, I'm unable to take requests for particular colours or varieties. I'll select the best of the crop for you each week.

    Can I change my pickup or delivery day?
    Subscription bunches are prepared for Friday pickup and delivery only, so unfortunately I can't offer alternative days.

    What happens if I'm away one week?
    If you're not going to be home, you're welcome to arrange for a friend or family member to collect or receive your flowers. Or pass that week's bunch on to someone who could use a little spring in their week.
